• Install the app and create your Onepay account
• Create your 5-digit PIN. You'll only use it when paying with Onepay.
• Add any credit or debit card. You'll only need to use your banking password, coordinate card, or dynamic password this one time.

Done! Now when buying with a QR code, remember to ask if the store is affiliated with Transbank's QR Code Payment. Simply scan the QR code or enter the purchase code provided by the seller, authorize the payment with your 5-digit PIN, it's that simple. On Webpay, just select Onepay and follow the same previous steps.

In which stores can I pay with Onepay?

Use Onepay to pay at stores that have QR Code Payment from Transbank, as well as all e-commerce sites and websites that have Webpay. Remember that in both cases you'll need to scan the QR code or enter the purchase code displayed under the QR code, either on the seller's phone or on the computer screen.

Can I add and pay with all my cards on Onepay?

Add and pay with Onepay using credit cards from the country's main banks: Visa, Mastercard, Magna, American Express, and Diners. Additionally, you can use debit cards and Redcompra from most national banks.

If you encounter difficulties adding any credit or debit card, we recommend consulting your bank or card issuer.

What happens to the cards I added in Onepay if I lose my phone?

To put your mind at ease, all data from your cards in Onepay is stored in Transbank's systems. If you had any issues and lost (or were robbed of) your phone, you can remove it from your list of authorized devices by signing into your Onepay account from another trusted device.

Why does Onepay request permissions to access the camera?

Your phone's camera allows you to scan the QR code when paying with Onepay, whether on your computer or at stores affiliated with QR Code Payment. If you prefer, you can skip this permission and manually enter the purchase code displayed under the QR code.

Is there any additional charge for using the Onepay application?

Using Onepay is completely free, including saving your cards and making online or in-person payments. Keep in mind that when adding a new credit or debit card, a charge of $50 will be made to verify its activation, which will be automatically refunded.

How secure is Onepay?

At Onepay, we always prioritize your security. We have the support of Transbank to ensure that your credit and debit card data is stored in systems with high security standards. Additionally, the app itself has these features to make it even more trustworthy:

• Your card data is not stored on your phone, it is saved in Transbank's systems.
• You can also change or reset your password or PIN as many times as you need to from your app, in the "More" menu option.
